We're building a modern People & Performance function that supports our future growth through great people, strong leadership and smart organisational foundations. Now we're looking for a curious and structured Student Assistant who would like to help us build it.
Your Role
You'll work closely with the Head of People & Performance and support both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Help build and maintain our HR systems and employee data.
- Support GDPR compliance, employment contracts and People policies.
- Assist with organisational development initiatives, surveys and reporting.
- Support learning, onboarding and annual development activities.
- Prepare HR analytics, reports and presentations.
- Help document and improve processes, SOPs and governance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You are starting your MSc in Human Resource Management (cand.merc.) at SDU in September 2026.
- You enjoy creating structure where others see complexity.
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with systems, data and processes.
- You are organised, analytical and take pride in doing things thoroughly.
- You communicate confidently in English. Danish is an advantage for local employment documentation.
- You enjoy collaborating with others and are happy to support colleagues across teams and functions.
- You are proactive, reliable and not afraid to ask questions.
We don't expect you to know everything.
We do expect you to be curious, willing to learn and eager to contribute.
